Installation Service Sunday ~ Nov. 14, 2021
Pastor Kem was officially installed as our pastor by Dr. Gregg Hemmen, the Executive Minister of the ABCCR.  We celebrated Pastor Kem & Pam Reeder with a special lunch. We even had two special guests put
on their cake! The official installation service followed the luncheon. A big thank you
to the Social Fellowship Committee for all their hard work!
Thank you to Pastor Ed & Beverly DeLapp ~ Sept. 19, 2021
Pastor Ed & Beverly DeLapp filled in as pastor for us from March 14, 2021, through August 29, 2021.  The entire time we were looking for a full-time pastor, Ed and Beverly really filled a need, not just the pulpit. We all appreciate them both tremendously. Lamar Puckett presented them with a love gift and flowers from the congregation when they attended to meet our new pastor, Kem Reeder, and, his wife, Pam.
We say goodbye to Pastor Mark & Pat Kirby ~ Feb. 28, 2021
We all appreciate their volunteer spirits and are incredibly sad to see them go. After his last sermon,
Gloria Atha & Lamar Puckett presented them with a money tree and cards from the congregation.
Welcome to the Neighborhood ~ September 2020
Two new restaurants recently opened in BV, so Pastor Mark & Pat Kirby along with Joyce Pebbles stopped in to say “hello” &  extend a warm welcome to our new neighbors, The Veggie Table & Burger Bar. Welcome!
BVPD Thank-You Visit ~ September 2020
A few of our members, Pastor Mark & Pat Kirby, Joyce Pebbles, Police Chaplain Bob Box, Robin Damron & Gloria Atha, stopped by the BVPD to say “thank you” to our local law enforcement officers and personnel. They brought them some goodies and  grabbed a quick photo together outside the station. We love our law enforcement officials!
Ladies’ Day Out ~ February 2020
Pat Kirby hosted February’s Ladies Day Out at the church.  She taught the ladies how to do Mail Art by having them make their own envelopes and embellish cards, notes and letters by using ephemera.  It also happened to be Doris Allen’s birthday, so they celebrated with birthday cake and seriously confounding trick candles!  Check out her face in the lower middle picture! 😉  Everyone had a great time.
Ladies’ Day Out ~ January 2020
Each month, the ladies meet for fellowship, food and fun.  In January, they went to Granny’s Simple Blessings in Gravette for lunch where the food is amazingly yummy!  They all enjoyed hearing Holly tell how her business came to be and shopping in her little shop after.  That is her in the middle picture.
One Bethlehem Night 2019
This is an event we have hosted in the past, but, this year, we opened the church three weekends in a row through the month of December.  We were also open one Friday specifically for the retirement homes and nursing facilities in the area.  In addition, hundreds more nativities were added to the display this year.  The highlight this year was having Southern Strings, an area musical group, play during the afternoon of Saturday, 12/14/19.  We also served homemade cookies, coffee & cocoa to the 350 people that attended.  The NW Arkansas Democrat Gazette featured One Bethlehem Night on the front page of their Religion section on Wednesday, 12/8/19.  You can read the article HERE.  Below are some of the nativities that were on display.
